Rules of shopping and general terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions are valid for shopping online at eshop.velebny.cz. The conditions define and specify the rights and obligations of the Seller (Velebný & Fam s.r.o) and the Buyer (customer).
Any orders submitted on-line at eshop.velebny.cz are binding. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the terms and conditions and accept them.
E-order
An e-order is a proposed contract of purchase. The contract of purchase is constituted at takeover of the ordered goods by the Buyer. An e-order is valid on condition that required data are filled in the respective fields in the form.
The place of delivery of the goods is the delivery address typed by the Buyer in the order form.
E-order confirmation
When you submit your e-order, you will receive our confirmation e-mail. To verify correctness and validity of your order, you will be contacted by our staff by telephone.
Delivery terms
Standard delivery term is no later than 30 days from our confirmation. A part of our production range is maintained in stock and these items are dispatched within 48 hours. Before the dispatch, we always advise the customer by telephone. We deliver our goods throughout the Czech Republic. In case of a repeated attempt to deliver the goods to the (if the Buyer was not present), the costs of repeated transport is will be added (according to the carrier's tariff).
The cost of delivery include the delivery of the goods to the address identified in the order form and unloading. The price does not include delivery into the house or room. Transport to an installation site and/or installation work need to be agreed separately.
The right of ownership of the goods is transferred to the Buyer on the date of delivery and payment of the full price.
